Award Guidelines

Awards will be given out on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, depending on the number of quality articles we receive.

Articles that are awarded will be judged by a combination of sources. Our staff will judge the merits of each article, and visitors to our site will have the opportunity to rate each article on a “star” system. Articles will be judged according the following criteria:

The Grand Prize Winner will have implemented the best of all the categories. The Grand Prize Winner will have their article prominently displayed on the home page, the writer will participate in an exclusive interview with an OIS staff member, and he/she will receive a beautiful pre-selected gift from our OIS Gift Shop.
